Slipping these things on, your feet are not sure if they should be stopping bullets or firing them! The Rilo is made for the battles of the street and designed to take the punishment. As far as comfort, wear a 1/2 size down and enjoy the enveloping full-grain leather and Hypalon as it form fits around your foot, while the Straat insole and thick rubber sole (lighter than you think) provide a supportive and balanced foundation that absorbs and rebounds.

An often over looked aspect of the Rilo is the "Game" eyelet, allowing the CALLEjero to lace the shoe for optimum match performance.

Owners will be hard pressed to find faults with the Calle Rilo but may agree with this reviewer who believes the aesthetics of the black Rilos are a bit lack luster next to the white. Calle has got it right with this boot. I usually wear only Adidas products, but I definitely will switch to Calle products. I forgot my Adidas one day and borrowed a friends pair of Rilos, man was I amazed! I noticed the difference right away and I will never wear Adidas again. The leather fits like a glove and I can control the ball with ease. I don't have to worry about slipping in these because they have excellent grip and traction. I'm sure the leather takes a little breaking in, but it is worth it because of the amazing, comfortable insole. Whether it be on concrete or indoor on wood floors, these shoes have superior durability. My friend has had these for two years they still look brand new! I thought the Rilos would be hot, but they have perforation to allow superior breathability! I would wear these on and off the pitch, drawing attention wherever I go. I can't wait to get a pair of these and make all my friends(guys and girls)jealous!
